EU and international shipping (€25.00) – We use different couriers/services for the whole EU (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and international shipping the delivery time is usually 3 – 7 working days. Your order will be fully traceable with the tracking number that we provide upon dispatch.

Any orders where delivery has been attempted but no one is home to sign for will be taken to your nearest sorting office and you will be given an attempted delivery notice which you should take with you to collect the delivery as soon as possible. If you do not collect your order within the specified period

During this period it will NOT be returned to us and will therefore be destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund or reship.

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer a return policy and all sales are final, without exception.

We provide a guaranteed delivery service at sarmshaus.com, we believe that every valued customer should get what they pay for, so if for any reason (other than you don’t get it on time after an attempted delivery or returned package due to wrong or inaccessible address) should your order not arrive, we offer a full replacement after 15 days.
