Any orders where delivery has been attempted but no one is home to sign for will be taken to your nearest sorting office and you will be given an attempted delivery notice which you should take with you to collect the delivery as soon as possible. We provide a guaranteed delivery service at sarmshaus.com, we believe that every valued customer should get what they pay for, so if for any reason (other than you don’t get it on time after an attempted delivery or returned package due to wrong or inaccessible address) should your order not arrive, we offer a full replacement after 15 days.
